About the Role
Seeking a skilled administrator to manage Kronos system operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule support for sites across the business, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kronos system issues via phone and email.
- Escalate queries appropriately, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Collaborate with payroll and other teams to drive process improvements.
- Contribute ideas to continuously enhance support and system use.
