As Kronos system & Support Administrator, you'll support sites across the business, troubleshooting system issues, resolving queries, and ensuring best practice. You'll be the go-to for Kronos expertise, helping the team work smarter and more efficiently.
Key Duties- Respond to support queries with speed, accuracy, and great communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kronos issues via phone and email
- Escalate queries appropriately when needed, ensuring SLAs are met
- Partner with Payroll and other teams to drive process improvements
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve support and system use
- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos is essential
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Payroll configuration or payroll process experience
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, problem solving approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support others
