Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate individual to assist with the continual sales and business development of Viscount Reuse. This role focuses on managing, developing, and growing major Key Accounts in the Fresh Produce, Bakery, Protein, Seafood and Dairy industries within the VIC/TAS States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop Key Accounts within our pooling and manufacturing business.
- Identify business development opportunities within Key Accounts.
- Manage budget, forecast, and financial performance of Key Accounts.
- Review and establish strategic positioning of selling price, structure, and gross contribution.
- Manage Rise and Fall pricing when necessary.
- Support the implementation of new products.
- Establish and maintain of a close working relationship with all members of the new product development cross functional teams including Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, Production and Engineering departments within relevant business units.
- Frequent travel to key growing areas
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a supply chain, packaging, or produce environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build relationships, influence, and navigate conflicts.
- Project management skills, including risk management, forecasting, and team coordination.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce software.
- Understanding of the circular economy and commitment to sustainability.
