The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager your initiative and strong communication skills will be valuable assisting across various areas of the business with a focus on the below tasks:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Managing phone calls and messages
Processing of orders
Assisting with customer inquiries
Assist Sales & Marketing team with sample requests
Database management
Management of office supplies
Liaising with all areas of the business to coordinate customer service requests
General admin support
Skills/Requirements:
High attention to detail
Previous similar experience
Great communication and organisation
Good written and verbal communication
Team Player
Intermediate skills Word / Excel
Your ability to forge strong relationships, multitask and work as part of a cohesive team will be highly regarded as will your energetic and positive nature
