**Required Qualifications**
**Essential Skills**
- Administrative assistance and office administration experience
- Marketing & Sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone-based customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
**Technical Requirements**
- Experience with ticketing systems (HaloPSA preferred)
- Basic understanding of IT processes and systems
- Familiarity with financial software (Xero experience preferred)
- Comfort with various software platforms for license management
**Experience & Education**
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Marketing and/or Sales Experience
- Minimum 1 year office administration experience (preferred)
- Experience in IT services or similar technical environment (Advantageous)
- Relevant certification in Office Administration or related field (Advantageous)
**Additional Requirements**
- Australian work authorisation (required)
- NSW Police Background Check (required)
- Comfortable with 100% on-site work requirement in Manly, NSW
**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
- Full-time position with standard Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am - 5:30pm)
