Conveyancer (In-House) Permanent

Role Overview:
A well-regarded and established Property Development and Investment Business with offices in the Hornsby Shire has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with the commercial team, purchasers, and financiers to provide conveyancing support on contracts of sale, settlement,s and associated documentation.
including:
- Manage conveyancing matters end-to-end from instruction to settlement;
- Preparing contracts of sale, vendor's statements and transfer documents;
- Coordinate with agents, financiers, legal representatives and stakeholders;
- Correspondence in relation to settlements;
- Calculate settlement figures and coordinate electronic settlements via PEXA;
- Maintain trust receipt records and manage trust-related transactions; and
- Use Microsoft Excel for file tracking, calculations, and reporting.
About You:
- 3 years' experience as a conveyancer
- Experience managing files end-to-end
- Proficiency with using PEXA
- Ability to handle a high volume of conveyancing matters
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
