Full job description

Kaz Conveyancing is growing. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our high-performing, supportive team in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll work alongside a dynamic team of solicitors and administration professionals, supporting clients with conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and draft contracts and documents
  • Provide advice to clients and onboard new conveyancing matters
  • Facilitate exchanges and complete settlements via PEXA
  • Conduct property searches and ID verification via InfoTrack
  • Review settlement figures and liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and agents
  • Draft and review commercial and retail leases
  • Manage inbound and outbound client communication
  • Maintain high standards of client care throughout the process

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing
  • Proficiency in PEXA is essential
  • Experience using LEAP or similar legal systems
  • Sound knowledge of property law and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Committed to providing a high level of client service
