About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our supportive team in Underwood, QLD. Reporting to the Workflow & Customer Care Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their homebuilding journey, from planning to settlement.

This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends customer service, administration, and coordination.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing a portfolio of customers from pre-site through to settlement
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely construction process
  • Preparing documentation and approvals required to commence building
  • Advocating for customers and resolving issues throughout the build
  • Providing administrative support to the construction team
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in the building industry, with strong admin and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret building contracts and drawings (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement
