Part-Time Client Care Representative/Receptionist - Veterinary Cardiologists Australia, Underwood

The role:

The role is to provide high quality customer care to our clients, working alongside a team of specialist veterinary cardiologists and nurses. This is a part time position at our state-of-the-art hospital in Underwood, Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome clients and their pets.

· Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.

· Handle enquiries and provide information about our services.

· Assist clients with paperwork, billing, and payment processing.

· Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

· Provide empathetic support to clients during difficult situations.

· Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care.

Who we are:

Veterinary Cardiologists Australia (VCA) is the largest and most experienced group of specialist veterinary cardiologists in Australia with 3 cardiologists, 2 residents and a highly skilled and compassionate group of cardiology nurses and support staff. Our new state-of-the-art referral hospital is the only in Australia to offer dedicated cardiology-only specialist referral for pets. The VCA hospital includes a cardiology ICU facility, the latest in diagnostic equipment and Australia's first cardiology hybrid surgical theatre where a wide range of interventional cardiac corrective procedures and open-heart mitral valve repair with cardiopulmonary bypass is performed. The VCA hospital includes a cats-only entrance, waiting room, ICU and day stay ward.
