About the Role:

As a project coordinator, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Providing essential administrative support to the Construction team.

· Draft purchase orders and contracts.

· Prepare and lodge council applications, and all related documentation.

· Obtaining all relevant occupancy certification.

· Addressing inquiries from clients and resolving queries promptly.

· Draft and issue weekly progress reports on current projects

· Monitor job progress to ensure outstanding tasks are completed within established timeframes.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

· Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role within the residential construction industry.

· A solid understanding of the residential building process.

· Exceptional customer service skills with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

· The ability to collaborate effectively with customers, trades, and supervisors.

· Proficiency in Build Xact software is preferred.
