NDIS Service Manager

Lead a passionate team | Highly regarded disability provider | Full-time role with impact

We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to take on a pivotal role managing Supported Independent Living (SIL), Complex Care, and Community Programs. Join a values-driven organisation known for quality service and participant satisfaction.

About the role:

As Service Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of our SIL and community services, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, and lead a team of passionate support workers. You'll work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to make sure supports are personalised and impactful.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SIL and community-based programs
  • Supervise and support staff including recruitment and performance management
  • Oversee compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
  • Collaborate with participants and families on support plans
  • Maintain budgets, reporting, and quality frameworks
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and providers

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in disability services leadership
  • Experience in a service manager role (or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of the NDIS, especially SIL
  • Relevant qualifications (Community Services, Leadership, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • A supportive, proactive, and team-focused approach

Other requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC/Blue Card, and Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Important to know:

On-call roster rotation with phone support required.
