FOUR SEASONS INDOOR PLAY CENTRE PTY LTD (trading as AREA 51 AUSTRALIA) is Australia's largest indoor family entertainment centre and has continued to expand since its establishment in 2021. Currently, the company has four successful locations in Underwood, Mt Gravatt, Redcliffe, and the Gold Coast. Three new venues are under construction in Ipswich, Strathpine and Castle Hill NSW, expected to be operational in The company also plans to open a new branch in other states in the near future, further expanding its interstate presence. Our mission is to provide safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for families and communities, catering to children, teenagers, and adults alike.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Information Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will support our rapid national expansion by centralising multi-site operational data, conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies, and developing standardised processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing safety protocols, optimising resource allocation, and driving data-informed strategic decisions to ensure scalable and efficient growth across the Area 51 network.
Key Responsibilities
l Consolidate and analyse integrated data from operations, customer feedback (e.g., social media insights, member surveys), and financial reports to identify attendance trends across venues, variations in service satisfaction, seasonal demand patterns, and cost-efficiency gaps.
l Examine patronage patterns and event schedules to build predictive customer demand models and support proactive operational planning.
l Review and map core operational processes (e.g., guest journey, party bookings, inventory management) across multiple sites to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
l Develop and implement standardised procedures, safety protocols, and service benchmarks to ensure consistent quality and efficiency as the company expands.
l Coordinate organisational information flow between headquarters, venues, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
l Serve as a liaison with venue managers and external partners to support the effective integration and use of centralised information systems (e.g., POS/CRM) in line with evolving business needs.
l Leverage customer and operational insights to monitor satisfaction, evaluate the performance of new attractions and services, and recommend strategies for continuous service optimisation.
l Recommend data-driven workforce planning models and balanced staffing compositions (e.g., safety marshals, customer service, F&B staff) aligned with forecast demand to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
l Create and maintain operational dashboards and regular management reports to provide visibility into KPIs related to safety, guest experience, and overall efficiency.
l Contribute to plan initiatives, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and evaluation of new business opportunities through data analyse.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who meets the following criteria:
l Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, Commerce, or a related field.
l At least one year of paid work experience in a large enterprise (more than 200 staff ) in information management, organizational coordination, or a highly relevant role.
l Proficiency in information management tools: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), ERP systems, and basic data visualization software.
l Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written, English and Mandarin—able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present information clearly to management.
l Proactive problem-solving ability and adaptability to work in a fast-paced business expansion environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and process optimization.
