Full-Time Executive Housekeeper/House Manager – Northwood

Salary: Competitive salary dependent on skills and experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

Our professional clients in Northwood are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Northwood property and the upkeep of all residences. This is a varied and hands on role, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including:

  • Linen and bed changeovers

  • Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
  • Cupboard organisation and general tidying
  • Keeping living areas clean and presentable
  • Light touch-up cleaning, such as vacuuming and dusting
  • Maintaining the gym/boat house
  • Coordinate and supervise trades and contractors
  • Handle bill payments and household administration
  • Run errands as required
  • Manage and work alongside the cleaners to ensure the highest standards are maintained across all properties
  • Travel between the three properties as needed (occasionally)
  • Ensure day to day upkeep between scheduled deeper cleans

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years minimum of proven experience in a senior housekeeping or household management role
  • Current Police Check
  • 2-3 contactable professional references
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff and contractors
  • Professionalism, discretion, and flexibility
  • Driver's licence and willingness to travel between properties
