You'll join a dynamic team where you will take ownership of a portfolio linked to a professional association of 500+ members and play a strategic role in client success.

We are open to candidates from Central Coast, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

About the Role:

This is a senior Account Manager position responsible for the end-to-end management of a PI focused client portfolio. You will be accountable for growth, retention, and optimisation of the portfolio, which is closely linked with a large professional association.

Your role extends beyond traditional account management – you will:

  • Manage renewals and ensure clients receive timely, tailored advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with association members
  • Participate in association board meetings, providing insights on portfolio trends, opportunities, and risk management
  • Collaborate with underwriters to deliver bespoke PI insurance solutions
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling of additional Financial Lines products
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both the association and its members

About You:

We're seeking a well-rounded and experienced insurance broker with previous broking experience in Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance. You'll have a proven track record in account management, particularly with corporate or association-linked clients, and the confidence to deliver tailored coverage solutions while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.

You thrive on solving complex problems and delivering positive outcomes for your clients. With a strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and natural leadership abilities, you excel at driving portfolio growth, mentoring junior brokers, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.

You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting those around you. You can manage multiple priorities independently and bring strategic thinking with a focus on client retention, growth, and portfolio optimisation.
