About the Role

We're looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to step into this one-of-a-kind bar and help bring its story to life. You'll lead day-to-day operations, inspire and support the team, and ensure service runs seamlessly. From managing reporting to setting the tone for each shift, your leadership will help create the sense of romance, fun, and escapism that Apollonia is known for.
