About the Venue:

Grana, our Italian restaurant in Hinchcliff House, is built on a foundation of quality, care, and authenticity. Our menu showcases fresh, high-quality produce in an approachable way, while our drinks are crafted to be simple, well-made, and delicious. Paired with warm and genuine hospitality, we welcome guests from lunch through to late evening, seven days a week.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day rhythm of the venue, helping to lead a high-performing team and deliver consistently excellent service.

From motivating the team with incentives to running service briefings and managing end-of-day reports, your impact will be felt across every service. If you're organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating a great guest and team experience, this role offers the chance to step up and make your mark.
