Perth, WA | Full-time, Permanent Position

Focus Realty Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our friendly team. This role suits someone who enjoys structured, organised work where accuracy and consistency are key.

Focus Realty Group is a one-stop real estate agency specialising in residential and commercial property sales across the Perth area.

Our core business includes selling brand-new and established homes, off-the-plan apartments, and house & land packages in both northern and southern suburbs.

We maintain strong, long-term partnerships with many leading developers and have achieved impressive sales results over recent years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with the internal sales team, purchasers, settlement agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prepare and process documentation, contracts, and reports
  • Handle client enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in our CRM system
  • Assist with preparing property marketing materials and online listings
  • Support day-to-day office operations as required
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team

About You

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Vehicle and unrestricted WA driver's licence required
