The Role: Providing high-level support to a dynamic Commercial property team

We are seeking a motivated, professional and detail-oriented Sales & Leasing Administrator to deliver quality administrative and marketing support to one of our Commercial Sales and Leasing teams.

We are for looking for someone who shows initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and professional environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a team of Sales and Leasing agents with a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Preparing and proofreading property documents, submissions, and marketing materials
  • Managing and updating property listings on relevant platforms
  • Coordinating advertising, signage, and mailouts with internal and external providers
  • Maintaining accurate records and information within internal systems
  • Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, and service providers
  • Assisting with department and company wide functions

What we are looking for:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within property or a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • A team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
