Our client is looking for a UKG Pro Administrator for an initial 3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • myTime advice and guidance (with the assistance of myTime and Workforce Compliance teams)
  • Entering time into timecards for RACQ employees working extra time and checking against Enterprise Agreement, guidelines, policies, work schedules and rosters
  • Support in change management activities including drafting Quick Reference Guides, FAQs, support for Tier 1 and 0 actions, and hyper care
  • Verifying data across Success + and myTime
  • Knowledge of Service Now or similar Customer service ticket system to manage queries

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a SME in UKG Pro (myTime) or similar time and attendance systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in change management and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
