About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
SAP Tester
to join our team, with proven expertise in testing
UKG Dimensions
and
SAP ECC6 Payroll modules
. The role involves validating timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes, managing defect cycles, and supporting integration testing across HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both functional and integration testing, and be confident working across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases and manage defect lifecycle for UKG Dimensions and SAP Payroll.
  • Validate end-to-end timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processing workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Produce clear and concise test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and progress reports.
  • Conduct and support integration testing between UKG Dimensions, SAP, and related HR systems.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in
    testing UKG Dimensions
    (time & attendance, scheduling, payroll integration).
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAP ECC6
    and
    SAP Payroll modules
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g. HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
