Job Details:

Must Have Skills:

  • Required skillset is in SuccessFactors but highly desirable to have UKG Workforce Management Pro skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in functional, regression and integration testing
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end testing across core SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll modules
  • Experience in creating test plans/strategies, test cases and defect lifecycle control
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for test management and reporting
  • Understanding of testing practices within agile environments.
  • Experience working in an operational, agile software development team
  • Desired: Familiarity and/or experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Desired: Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated test cases in Microsoft Playwright, Tricentis Tosca or other relevant test automation tools

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in
    insurance domain
    (claims, policy, billing systems) is a plus.
