What You'll Be Doing:

  • Portfolio Ownership:
    Manage recruitment across your own retail portfolio
  • Strategic Partnering:
    Work closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent
  • Relationship Building:

    Drive sourcing, market mapping, and continuous improvement
