About the Role

About the Role

As Talent Acquisition Leader, you will:

  • Lead national sourcing initiatives to attract high potential talent across both experienced hires and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Optimise recruitment through advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve candidate identification, engagement and selection.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver against strategic hiring priorities.
  • Balance innovative sourcing strategies with proven channels such as LinkedIn, SEEK, recruitment partners and university collaborations.
  • Partner with our Marketing and Communications team to champion ADG's Employer of Choice brand.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment priorities and outcomes.

About You

About You

You are a motivated Talent Acquisition professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or alike (advantageous)
  • 5+ years working within an Engineering Consultancy environment or similar industry
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing strategic hires, experienced engineers and graduates.
  • Engagement and influencing skills with Executive and Senior Leaders.
  • A creative approach to attracting talent, with confidence in selling our value proposition about what makes ADG unique.
  • You champion diversity across engineering disciplines, ensuring teams are innovative and future ready.
