About the Role
About the RoleAs Talent Acquisition Leader, you will:
- Lead national sourcing initiatives to attract high potential talent across both experienced hires and graduate recruitment programs.
- Optimise recruitment through advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve candidate identification, engagement and selection.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver against strategic hiring priorities.
- Balance innovative sourcing strategies with proven channels such as LinkedIn, SEEK, recruitment partners and university collaborations.
- Partner with our Marketing and Communications team to champion ADG's Employer of Choice brand.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment priorities and outcomes.
About You
About YouYou are a motivated Talent Acquisition professional with:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or alike (advantageous)
- 5+ years working within an Engineering Consultancy environment or similar industry
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing strategic hires, experienced engineers and graduates.
- Engagement and influencing skills with Executive and Senior Leaders.
- A creative approach to attracting talent, with confidence in selling our value proposition about what makes ADG unique.
- You champion diversity across engineering disciplines, ensuring teams are innovative and future ready.
