About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Brisbane. Located in Acacia Ridge, the role offers diversity in its portfolio, direct access to key stakeholders, decision makers and the ability to work across a multi-disciplinary organisation.

You will drive stakeholder engagement and develop strategy and innovation to open new and varied channels to source and acquire talent for our business. The creative licence and ability to develop strong and genuine engagement across the business is uniquely yours.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Deliver an end to end talent acquisition for your portfolio, whilst building and maintaining relationships both internal and external

  • Build strong partnerships to proactively identify needs and develop future acquisition strategies

  • Provide the highest level of candidate care ensuring all stakeholders are supported, communicated and engaged

  • Market review and analysis of trends and mirco factors to identify impacts on talent acquisition

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition across an industrial portfolio
  • A specialist in providing high-level consulting and support to Service, Operations and Senior Managers
  • Proven and demonstrated capability to drive, strategise and formulate comprehensive talent acquisition projects
  • A proven service delivery persona with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships
  • Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using multi-media platforms for advertising
