About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team at the
Morningside Operations Centre
in Brisbane. This newly created, permanent role supports high-volume, business-critical recruitment across QLD and Northern NSW for our largest business unit.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles
  • Designing multi-channel sourcing strategies
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at career events and online
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment projects

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in internal recruitment or RPO environments
  • Expertise in recruitment marketing and omni-channel sourcing
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
