About the Role

This is a hands-on role that blends recruitment expertise with HR generalist responsibilities. You'll take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment strategy while also supporting our people through the full employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Building talent pipelines and workforce plans for growth
  • Coordinating induction, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Supporting training and development across the team
  • Advising on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
  • Driving staff engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives

It's the ideal role for someone with 2–3 years' HR experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and shape the people strategy of a growing organisation.

What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Fair Work, WHS, and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable ... able to work in a fast-growing environment
