About the Role
As the Branch Manager at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics facility located in Edinburgh North, South Australia. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a crucial part in driving the success and growth of our business within the local market.
What You'll Be Doing

Manage and coordinate all branch activities, including production, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintenance

Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch personnel

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

Analyse branch performance data and provide regular reports to senior management

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality control regulations

Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivational work environment
What We're Looking For

Experience in a management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to drive operational improvements

Thorough understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics processes
