The Executive – Employee Engagement is responsible for designing, planning, and executing initiatives that foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote a strong organizational culture. The role requires creativity, people-centric thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Ø Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, wellness programs, birthday/anniversary celebrations, festival events, etc.

Ø Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and suggest action plans.

Ø Develop communication campaigns to promote company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives.

Ø Maintain records of all engagement programs, budgets, and participation metrics.

Ø Work closely with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.

Ø Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.

Ø Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.

Ø Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.

Ø Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and community-building initiatives.

Ø Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on engagement metrics and present insights.

Ø Employee Grievance management.

Ø Training arrangement management.

Qualifications & Skills
Ø Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Ø 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.

Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Event planning and project management skills are a plus.

Ø Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Ø Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.

Ø Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for people engagement.
