Job Summary
Predominantly servicing the SME sector for customers with fleets from 5 to 500 but looking to expand and grow in the coming years, JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS) has excellent systems and products with a highly professional, experienced and friendly team. Our size allows us to be flexible, quick and innovative in responding to customer needs. Currently operating a fleet of 7,000 the objective is to achieve profitable growth to expand the fleet to 10,000/ 15,000 in the coming years.

As an Account Management Executive, you will maintain and grow current "multi bid" accounts where you will drive renewals and incremental growth in vehicle orders. You will be a champion for excellence in customer service for JCT600 VLS and our customers through effective account management. You will be the 'Key Interface' in defining customer needs and JCT600 VLS's ability to meet those needs through our products and services.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing strong relationships with your customers to achieve individual objectives and targets against the Account Management Plan, being the first point of contact.
  • Accountability for maintaining and increasing the number of vehicle renewals.
  • Working with the Account Manager to provide account plans with the objective of protecting the current business and grow JCT600 VLS wallet share.
  • Serving as the liaison between the customer and JCT600 VLS in regard to achieving objectives for orders, escalating any roadblocks to securing business and closing deals and ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.
  • Ensuring a clear understanding of contracts including Pricing, Management Fees, Services, Products, Service Levels, Profit Share, Excess Mileage, and Expiry Dates, as well as fully understanding the various vehicle funding methods and the costs and benefits to each for customers including and not limited to contract hire, purchase, employee car ownership and salary sacrifice.
  • Producing proposals and quotations and convert quotations to orders with a proactive approach to customers where appropriate.
  • Maintaining a positive and purposeful approach to the business vision and values of JCT600 VLS.

Qualifications

  • A comprehensive understanding of our industry and experience in managing corporate and SME accounts is desirable.
  • A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage personal workload and time effectively and to work to strict timescales having excellent process, quality and administration skills.
  • Self-motivation and professional with the ability to multitask whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A strategic thinker, confident with the ability to effectively communicate persuasively with others, passing on information accurately and promptly.
