The role of Centre Director is a pivotal position within the leadership team, responsible for supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in the centre. This position requires an experienced early learning professional with exceptional leadership skills to drive business growth and success.
About the Role- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to deliver a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
- Foster and develop a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
- Work with your team to plan for the future of the centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
- We are opening a brand new 123 place centre, designed to provide state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments.
