Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in wardrobes, shower screens, or related building products? We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Newcastle and Hunter region.
About the RoleYou will build and maintain relationships with builders, renovators, and developers while promoting our high-quality wardrobe and shower screen solutions. This is a results-driven role where your industry knowledge and network will help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Generate new business and follow up on warm leads
- Prepare and present quotes, tenders, and proposals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise clients
Proven experience in wardrobe, shower screen, or similar building product sales
Established industry contacts (advantageous)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-focused with the ability to work autonomously
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Current driver's licence
- $80,000 – $90,000 base salary
- Attractive commissions and incentives
