Role Description

We are seeking a
Business Development Manager (BDM) – NSW
to join our high-performing sales team on a 12 month contract. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping growth, driving sales, and building strong, lasting partnerships with distributors and customers. This is your chance to make a real impact in a business that is passionate about people, product and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' foodservice sales experience (ice cream or dairy industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong background in business development and account management
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously
  • Formal qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service (preferred)
  • A self-starter with enthusiasm, charisma, and the drive to win
  • Ideally based between Sydney and Central Coast of NSW with the ability to travel across the state to engage with regional business partners
