Are you an experienced Business Development Manager  looking to join a well-respected industry leader and take the reins in driving their business into the future?

Your Challenge

In this newly created role, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, finding, developing, and winning new work across mining, civil, power infrastructure, tunnelling, and mechanical and electrical overhaul sectors.

You'll build and manage a strong pipeline of recurring service work, strategic partnerships, and tender opportunities, while deepening relationships with existing clients and opening doors in new, aligned markets. You'll enjoy getting out from behind the desk; visiting sites, meeting clients, running capability presentations and account reviews, and turning conversations into real opportunities.

You'll keep a clear handle on the sales pipeline across leads, proposals, tenders, and conversions, ensuring growth is consistent and measurable. 

As a key face of the business, you'll represent the company at industry events, networking functions, conferences, and supplier or contractor meetings, leaving a strong and professional impression every time.

About youYou're a self-starter who leads by example, with proven experience in the mining, industrial, civil, or heavy engineering sector.

Ideally, you've worked in a similar role and can demonstrate a strong track record in business development. 

You bring sharp commercial acumen, with the ability to assess revenue opportunities, margins, and service models to drive smart, sustainable growth.
