About the Opportunity
Join Baptcare's dedicated team as a Full Time Governance & Systems Development Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in strengthening our operational frameworks and technology systems. Based in NewCo, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on how we deliver essential services to our community.
In this role, you'll work closely with the team to enhance governance processes and drive systems improvements that support our mission of caring for people across their lifetime. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining robust frameworks that ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality in everything we do.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies that support organizational objectives
- Coordinate systems development projects from planning through to implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and governance committees
- Support training and change management initiatives related to new systems and processes
What We're Looking For
- Our system is Smartsheet - we need only applicants with Smartsheet configuration experience.
- Experience in governance, compliance, or systems development
- Strong project coordination and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with database systems and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
