Real Estate Trainee – Entry Level

Location: West Ryde, NSW

Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Trainee

Pay: $15.00 per hour (Junior level) up to – $30.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 – 38 per week

We are a well-established real estate agency located in West Ryde and are currently seeking a Trainee or Junior Real Estate Assistant to join our supportive team. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to grow into either Sales or Property Management, depending on where you shine.

What You'll Learn & Do:

  • General administration support
  • Signboard and key control
  • Letterbox distribution
  • Front desk and reception duties
  • Staff and agent support
  • Exposure to real estate systems and processes

As you grow in the role, we'll help you determine your best fit—Sales or Property Management—and provide the training and support to transition into that path.

Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
  • Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Previous experience is a bonus but not essential

Requirements:

  • Valid Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver's license is essential
  • Preferably located near West Ryde
