About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Ryde. This is a full-time, on-site position. As a Sales Agent, you will:

  • Manage property listings from appraisal to settlement.
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate sales contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and compliance requirements.

About You

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement).
  • At least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed targets.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
