What You'll Be Doing

This isn't your average customer service role. You'll be a vital link between the sales and service teams, directly impacting the dealership's success. Your duties will include:

  • Building Long-Term Relationships: You'll make outbound and inbound calls to clients, building trust and ensuring they feel supported throughout their ownership journey.
  • Driving Customer Retention: From scheduling regular service reminders to coordinating valuation appointments for the manufacturers Exchange program, you'll be instrumental in keeping customers coming back.
  • Empowering Team: You'll work closely with sales and service teams to help them achieve their goals, providing a seamless experience for every customer.
  • Making a Real Impact: You'll go beyond the script to add value, turning one-time buyers into loyal, long-term clients.
