**About Us**

Green Real Estate Agency is located both in West Ryde and Eastwood. Establish since 2001 serving the northern districts and specialise in Property Management

**Role**:

- Can manage a portfolio of properties (depending on experience)
- Liaise with landlords and tenants through great communication skills
- Arrears control through a proactive not reactive approach
- Ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Day to day Property Management duties

**The requirements for the role**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Competent computer skills and experience with Property Tree, Vaultre, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Express is preferred
- Reliable, professional and excellent time management
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and experience in property management is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
