As a real estate agent with our agency, you will manage the full process of buying and selling properties, from showings and negotiations to closing deals. You'll receive high-quality leads, marketing support, and professional development to help you grow in the industry.

As a BDM with our agency, you will manage the full process of finding new properties, from showings and signups. You'll receive high-quality leads, marketing support, and professional development to help you grow in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized advice and service
  • Stay informed on local market trends and property values
  • Proactively generate leads through networking and referrals
  • Conduct property showings and open houses
  • Negotiate offers and manage all aspects of the closing process
  • Handle documents and paperwork efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Previous real estate experience is a must
  • Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license essential
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
  • Familiarity with the local market is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience required
  • Must have Australian work rights
