About the role
We are seeking a skilled and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Macquarie Garage Doors' on a Maternity contract basis. At end of contract there may be opportunities to continue with full time employment. Based in Gateshead NSW 2290, this is an excellent opportunity to use your administrative expertise to support our growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the broader team
- Managing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Assisting with data entry and records management
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Providing general administrative assistance as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
