Location- Wyong located in Tuggerah
Employment type- Temporary up to 12 months - Full time 35 hours per week (Flexible working hours)
Salary -$75,727 pa - $82,329 pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 1/2)

Your role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform administrative and reception services to our internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services and operations for Community Corrections. You will undertake a range of administrative & business support services relating to Community Corrections including client matters and issues of varying degrees of complexity, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, fleet, leave & equipment management, meetings & taking minutes, maintaining electronic and record management, stores and purchasing and support with and events & managerial support.
What you'll do
Ability tocollate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including in relation to assets.
Ability to update records and databases, complying with records management processes to ensure information is accurate and is stored correctly and accessibly.
Applicants with previous administration experience and ability to demonstrate a high level of computer skills including Microsoft Office suite as well as competency in applications such as record management systems is desirable.
The ability to learn and grow in the role will be important in terms of understanding the role.

You will always display integrity and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will always maintain confidentiality whilst utilising your proven experience to meet the demands of this role effectively. Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role.
