About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will oversee the full scope of activities across multiple Home and Community sites. You'll lead a high-performing team, manage service delivery, and ensure supports are tailored to meet individual needs in alignment with NDIS plans.

You'll foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement while balancing customer outcomes with commercial sustainability. Your leadership will be key to building strong relationships with families, carers, and stakeholders, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead person-centred service delivery that promotes independence, confidence, and social inclusion
  • Manage site operations, staff performance, and workforce planning across multiple locations
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding frameworks, NDIS standards, and organisational policies
  • Promote a positive team culture and support staff development and training
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to escalations and feedback
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting across sites
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree qualification in Human Services or a related field
  • Experience managing site-based services within the disability or community services sector
  • Strong leadership, operational management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of NDIS, safeguarding frameworks, and person-centred practice
  • Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to lead teams through change and drive performance outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service delivery systems
