In 2025, Zinfra was proudly appointed as AusNet's new service delivery partner for electricity distribution network operations and maintenance across Victoria. As we expand into regional communities in the North and East of the state, we're actively recruiting and investing in local talent to help shape a stronger, more resilient energy future. Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building strong relationships by frequently liaising and negotiating with key AusNet stakeholders and offering regular, transparent updates
  • Collaborating closely with Zinfra Planners and the Coordination team to ensure smooth job progress and shared understanding
  • Facilitating inclusive communication through project meetings and group emails, involving third parties when needed to support complex jobs
  • Taking ownership of financial outcomes by being accountable for P&L performance across assigned projects
  • Ensuring timely delivery by actively managing job completion in alignment with due dates and client expectations
  • Championing strategic priorities by thoughtfully prioritising Capital works over maintenance tasks where possible
  • Communicating proactively by providing early updates on delays, cancellations, or variations to maintain trust and clarity
  • Upholding integrity by consistently following established business processes or seeking guidance when exceptions arise
  • Fostering growth and learning by completing required training and generously supporting colleagues in their development

Thriving in this role means combining technical confidence with a collaborative mindset. You'll be drawing on your deep understanding of Victoria's electrical distribution network while nurturing strong relationships, embracing accountability, and supporting others. Your ability to interpret data and systems will help drive meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

  • Ability to navigate AusNet systems (SAP, SDME, SAMS, NEXOS, Objective) with ease and confidence
  • Experience using MS Office tools to communicate clearly and analyse data effectively
  • History of support financial decision-making through accurate reporting and thoughtful analysis
  • Evidence of building trust through collaborative planning, relationship-building, and shared accountability
  • Electrical distribution estimating experience highly regarded
