Hygiene Service Technician – Washroom, Driver & Restocker

Part Time | Thomastown | From $28 per hour

Hours: 3–5 weekdays per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm

Location: Start and finish in Thomastown

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Vehicle: Company van provided for use during business hours

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our Hygiene Services team.

This is a hands-on role where you will spend most of your day driving a company van from site to site, following a run sheet.

- Your role is to ensure our clients' washrooms are clean, fresh, and fully stocked — you'll restock soap dispensers, replace air fresheners, and swap out sanitary bins. You do not need to clean the washrooms.
- This position includes servicing female washrooms, which involves restocking products and replacing sanitary bins. Many of our clients have female washrooms, so we especially welcome female applicants who may feel more comfortable with this aspect of the role. Training is provided for all staff to ensure all team members are comfortable with this part of the job.
- This job is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being on the road, and takes pride in doing a good job.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving a van and visiting customer sites
  • Following a set service run sheet each day
  • Restocking and servicing products in female and male washrooms (soap dispensers, air freshener, sanitary units) - applicants must be comfortable entering female washrooms
  • Providing friendly and professional service

What You Need

  • Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
  • Ability to work alone and manage your time well
  • Good customer service skills
  • Punctual, reliable and physically fit
  • Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to obtain a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
