We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a passionate team, drive menu innovation, and deliver exceptional dishes across woodfired pizzas, gourmet burgers, premium steaks, and fresh seafood.

The Role:

As Head Chef, you will:

  • Take full ownership of kitchen operations across both venues
  • Mentor and develop your brigade, including junior sous chefs and chef de parties
  • Maintain consistently high food quality and presentation, even during peak service
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control while minimising waste
  • Drive menu development and innovation aligned with seasonal, local produce

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in high-volume bistro, pub, or multi-venue operations
  • Hands-on, active leader who thrives during busy service periods
  • Strong operational and cost management skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing a team
