Role Description

This is a maternity leave cover contract (12 months) role for the Head of Partnerships.

In this hybrid role, located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility, the Head of Partnerships will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships and strategic partnerships. Daily tasks include analysing partnership opportunities, maintaining and enhancing existing partnerships, and collaborating with other teams to develop strategies that align with our mission.

  • Skills in Business Relationship Management and Partnerships
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Strategic Partnerships
  • Proven track record in relationship building and partnership development
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in non-profit or social impact sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
