Executive Assistant & Project Manager/Officer

North Parramatta/Hybrid

We're on the lookout for a sharp, organised and switched-on 
Executive Assistant & Project Manager
 to work alongside our two CEO's. This role
blends classic EA duties with hands-on project coordination,
making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage
    the
    diaries
    ,
    inboxes
    , and
    priorities
    of two CEOs
  • Handle confidential documents and reports with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate
    travel, events, and board meetings
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Keep the wheels turning behind the scenes — making sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Coordinate
    and
    monitor
    key projects from planning through to completion.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Management, or similar role.
  • Previous experience as a PA/EA to a CEO, influencer, or public figure is highly regarded
  • Top-tier organisation and communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly and think two steps ahead
  • Discreet, professional, and confident when dealing with sensitive info
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / AI tools is a BONUS
