Executive Officer (Part-Time) Sydney-based | Hybrid/WFH | Flexible Schedule 3 days/week or spread across the week

The Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association NSW Inc (ACLCA NSW) is a corporate-based industry association representing consulting firms involved in the assessment and management of contaminated sites in NSW. ACLCA NSW is seeking an Executive Officer to support our Executive Committee with day-to-day administrative and business operations. This is a part-time position (approximately 12-24 hours/week) that offers work-from-home flexibility, with monthly online and in-person evening events in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate & attend monthly committee meetings (online) and prepare agendas/minutes


• Organise and attend monthly evening technical seminars plus training courses and social events throughout the year


• Manage company memberships and membership applications


• Manage the NSW component of our website


• Oversee finances (in conjunction with the committee treasurer) including budgeting and organising payment of and issuing of invoices


• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including member companies, government agencies and industry partners


• Liaise with other ACLCA state chapters

• Relevant experience in an EA or senior administrative support role


• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organisational and time-management abilities


• High level of discretion and professionalism


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


• Self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment
