Nuffield Australia established in 1950 and with 582 alumni members, is Australia's leading agricultural scholarship charity delivering impact to rural Australia through its international travel scholarship program offered to up to 20 primary producers annually. Scholars embark on a two year experiential learning program of structured and personal travel and research.

The organisation is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to strengthen delivery of its Charitable Purpose through deepened relationships with key stakeholders including investors, Nuffield alumni and program delivery contributors.

Key responsibilities, amongst others, include:

  1. Delivery of the strategic plan
  2. Financial management/sustainability
  3. Leadership of staff and the volunteer Alumni base
  4. Strategic delivery of impact
  5. Deep engagement with Investors and the Alumni cohort

About you:

  • Significant senior executive leadership experience
  • Knowledge of and experience in the local and global agricultural sector
  • Capacity to engage meaningfully with potential and existing Investors and Sponsors
  • Capacity and desire to work with Nuffield alumni
  • Experience navigating complex environments, influencing multiple stakeholders
