The Opportunity...
We're looking for an Executive & Office Coordinator to join our Sydney office.
As the welcoming face of our Sydney office, you'll play a key role in creating a positive client experience while supporting our executive team. This role offers a chance to grow into a trusted support partner across multiple areas.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...
Your role will be varied and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on organisation, client service and executive support. You'll be responsible for:

- Team and Client Support: Provide administrative support to internal teams, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive and inclusive office culture through proactive service and care.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and personable team player who enjoys helping others and keeping things organised. You'll be comfortable in a front-facing role, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:
- Prior experience in reception, office support, or executive assistance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- A positive "can do" attitude and a natural team player.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
